Customer service excellence remains top priority for One Vision Housing

Customers sit at the heart of everything we do, which is why we continually strive for customer service excellence. Yearly assessments are conducted in order to ensure customers receive our best possible service offer, and as part of this we are proud to announce we have successfully retained our CCA Global Standard© accreditation for 2020/21.

CCA Global assess the processes, planning, implementation and development of customer service operations. In their assessment CCA Global highlighted a number of key strengths for One Vision Housing including a continuous focus on the customer’s experience, high standards of customer service, great complaints management, and a strong focus on performance and ongoing improvement.

Jan Conroy, Customer Access Manager for One Vision Housing, said:

“This is a great achievement for our Customer Service Centre, and indeed the wider business.  I am immensely proud of the team and the fantastic service they deliver to our customers and colleagues every day.  It is wonderful to have something as special as CCA Global Standard© accreditation as testimony to what we do. Martin, our Assessor, summed it up perfectly in his report by saying: ‘The centre has tremendous customer and colleague focus, and it operates as a much-valued team, within a quite exceptional customer and colleague focussed organisation.’ ”
