One Vision Housing is incredibly proud to announce and celebrate Lauren Kelly, who has successfully completed her apprenticeship with us and now steps into her new role as a Neighbourhood Services Officer.

Lauren’s Journey

This significant milestone in Lauren’s career journey is a testament to her dedication and hard work. She has embraced every challenge and opportunity. Here’s what Lauren had to say about her experience:

During my apprenticeship with One Vision Housing I have learnt so many different things and gained many skills. The team were always amazing with offering any help and support. I have now completed my apprenticeship and have continued my housing career with One Vision as a Neighbourhood Services Officer. The apprenticeship route is one I would promote to people of all ages as you can learn so much and grow within the workplace!

Over the last 20 months, Lauren has put in a huge amount of work and shown a real commitment. From day one she has embraced every challenge with a positive attitude and willingness to learn, often going above and beyond to get involved with activities across the group.
