Customer feedback is essential in ensuring the services we deliver are accessible, inclusive and fit for the future.
We recently attended a Community Open Day at St Leonard’s Youth and Community Centre in Bootle. It was a great opportunity to meet customers and share details of how you can get involved and make your voice heard.
How this benefits you
Connecting with you face-to-face helps us understand exactly what you need from us.
The open day provided a great opportunity to let customers know about the different ways they can get involved and have their say on the services we deliver. From refining repairs to reviewing policies and inspecting communal areas, your active feedback ensures our services remain tailored to you.
The event was also attended by partner organisations, including Sefton Opera, Asda in the Community and The Kindfulness Coffee Club, helping residents with their finances, wellbeing and family support.
