Communal Area Satisfaction is on the up!

Your happiness with your home and the shared spaces around it means the world to us. That’s why we’ve been working hard to make improvements, and we’re excited to share some great news!
We’re thrilled to announce that your satisfaction with our communal areas has significantly improved, now surpassing our goal of 72.4%!
We regularly ask for your feedback through our quarterly Tenant Satisfaction Measurement (TSM) Survey so we can truly understand your needs and make things better. In our most recent survey, from January to March, we achieved an impressive 77.5% satisfaction rate for the upkeep of communal areas. We’re delighted to see such a positive jump, not only exceeding our target but also showing great improvement from previous surveys!
How your feedback is driving improvements
We’re not just celebrating numbers; we’re actively using your valuable feedback from the TSM survey to keep making things better. Here’s how we’re putting your input into action:
- More spot checks – Our SPS management team will be increasing their inspections after cleaning and grounds maintenance work. This is to make sure everything is being done to our high standards and your expectations.
- Visiting dissatisfied blocks – If you’ve reported an issue, our Neighbourhood Services team will visit your block with the SPS teams to identify and resolve any problems first hand.
- Optimising our resources – We’re continually monitoring our equipment and staff levels to ensure we’re delivering consistent, high-quality services on time and within budget.
- Learning from your feedback – Every customer satisfaction survey response will be reviewed to spot trends and themes, helping us to improve future service delivery.
- Clearer communication – We’ll be talking to you more often to manage expectations. This includes sharing detailed cleaning and grounds maintenance specifications so you know exactly what’s included in our services.
