A brighter Christmas: Partnering with The Indy Pantry to tackle food poverty

Published: 5/12/2024

We’re partnering with The Indy Pantry this Christmas to provide essential items to those who need it most in our communities.

The Indy Pantry, a Food Union, tackles food poverty in the Bootle/Kirkdale area by offering affordable, good quality food. They also supply essential products including toiletries, household items and pet food.

People across our communities are facing food poverty, often due to a crisis in finance or personal circumstances. Recognising that Christmas can be a particularly challenging time for many, we have donated Christmas pallets filled with food, care products and household essentials to The Indy Pantry, to support those in need.
