Whether you can dedicate a few minutes or a few hours, we have the perfect opportunity for you to get involved.

  • Tenant Inspector

    As a Tenant Inspector, you will help us to improve our services by working with our teams and inspecting our homes, communal areas, schemes, and neighbourhoods to:

    • Review the quality of works against service standards.
    • Assess the safety and security of our neighbourhoods and homes.
    • Ensure tenants receive all the information needed to live in safely in their properties.

    Commitment: Around one – two hours per month (in person).

    Skills: Good eye for detail – basic knowledge around health & safety – knowledge around local issues desired, but not essential.

    Training: Induction training (around one hour)
