Home & Neighbourhood Steward
As a Home & Neighbourhood Steward, you will help us to improve our services by working with our teams and inspecting our homes, communal areas, schemes, and neighbourhoods to:
- Review the quality of works against service standards.
- Assess the safety and security of our neighbourhoods and homes.
- Ensure tenants receive all the information needed to live in safely in their properties.
Commitment: Around one – two hours per month (in person).
Skills: Good eye for detail – basic knowledge around health & safety – knowledge around local issues desired, but not essential.
Training: Induction training (around 1 hour)

Service Quality Inspector (mystery shopper)
Our Service Quality Inspectors (SQIs) will help to assess One Vision Housing’s different services. As an SQI, you’ll thoroughly understand our services and procedures, actively testing them to help improve services for others.
Commitment: Around one hour per month (online and/or by phone)
Skills: Good knowledge of customer service expectations. Ability to communicate via phone and/or email.
Training: Induction training (around 1 hour)

Hot Topic Group
We carry out a variety of hot topic groups throughout the year to quickly decide outcomes for our services. This can be in the form of an online poll or survey, a community meeting, or a text message requesting feedback.
Commitment: As and when needed – usually less than ½ hour per month (online, in person, or text)
Skills: Open to everyone at any skill level.
Training: Induction training (around 1 hour)
