As your landlord we want to ensure that your home is maintained to a high standard.

Fire doors are an essential element of fire safety. In the event of a fire, your flat entrance door will help prevent the spread of fire, smoke, and toxic gasses.

In line with The Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, if you live in a building above 11 metres or 5 Storeys or more. One Vision Housing has a legal obligation to make best endeavours to inspect your flat entrance door once every 12 months.

As stipulated in your Tenancy Agreement it is essential that you allow One Vision Housing employees and its contractors working on its behalf to complete these vital works.

If you identify any faults or damage to your flat entrance door or any communal fire doors, please report this to us immediately.
