What One Vision Housing has done to date so far

• Performance review

  To ensure that we are making consistent progress in implementing the recommendations of the BSHR, we will add a dedicated review point to the quarterly Service Review Group agenda. This will allow us to closely monitor our progress and identify any potential challenges or roadblocks.

  Annual review carried out by frontline staff and service area leads of areas within their responsibility. Progress against performance is communicated and scrutinised by customers quarterly as part of our Service Review Group. Annual updates will be provided to customers as part of the Policy and Strategy Review Group.
