The Telecare Service offers 24 hour, 365 day emergency support for all our Independent Living customers.

It is designed for use during out-of-hours periods when your allocated Independent Living Officer is unavailable.

At the touch of a button, our trained Telecare operator will quickly answer your call, establish the nature of the problem, and take immediate action. This could involve arranging help from your nominated contacts, your doctor, or the emergency services, with a response initiated within minutes.

Beyond emergency response, the service supports your independence and provides invaluable security and peace of mind.
