Dispersed Services

We have over 600 flats and bungalows throughout Sefton for anyone aged 18+ who requires assistance in order to live independently in their own home and maintain their tenancy.

The properties do not have communal facilities; however residents can feel assured that a member of our experienced staff will be available to provide assistance during office hours.

They also have a Telecare Service available at all times of the day and night, 365 days a year.
