About Us

One Vision Housing is a Registered Provider of Social Housing with more than 11,500 homes across Sefton, Merseyside.

We were formed in October 2006, following a successful stock transfer from Sefton Council.

One Vision Housing is part of the Sovini Group which was formed in December 2011 and also includes Pine Court Housing Association and Sovini Property Services (formerly One Vision Property Services).

One Vision Housing is a not for profit organisation and is regulated by the Homes and Communities Agency.

We aim to continuously improve services for the benefit of our customers. In March 2013, we retained the Tenant Participatory Advisory Service (TPAS) accreditation for our excellence in customer involvement.

In October 2012, we retained the Investors in People Gold Award, and in both 2012 and 2013 we were acknowledged as the No.1 company to work for in the UK in the prestigious Sunday Times top 100 list.
