Housing associations should support tenants and frontline staff to undertake an annual review of the progress each organisation is making in implementing this review’s recommendations.

Performance review
To ensure that we are making consistent progress in implementing the recommendations of the BSHR, we will add a dedicated review point to the quarterly Service Review Group agenda. This will allow us to closely monitor our progress and identify any potential challenges or roadblocks.
Additionally, we will provide an annual report to the Board, summarising our achievements and outlining our future plans. This will provide a comprehensive overview of our implementation efforts and hold us accountable for delivering on the BSHR’s recommendations.
