Supporting Customers and Preventing Anti-Social Behaviour

Published: 2/11/2024

As part of Anti-Social Behaviour Awareness Week, One Vision Housing is committed to empowering customers and building a sense of security in our neighbourhoods.

Anti-Social Behaviour can disrupt the peace and enjoyment of our communities. We understand the negative impact it can have on quality of life. That’s why we are introducing new support and positive changes to combat this behaviour. Here is what we are offering:

CCTV Units

One Vision Housing is taking a proactive approach to combat anti-social behaviour. We’re increasing our focus on target hardening measures, making our properties less vulnerable to crime.

One way we’re achieving this is by offering temporary CCTV units to residents currently experiencing anti-social behaviour. This additional layer of security can provide peace of mind and deter further issues.

If you’re experiencing anti-social behaviour in your neighbourhood, or would like to enquire about the unit please contact our Community Safety Team at communitysafetyteam@ovh.org.uk.

Good Neighbour Agreement

The introduction of our voluntary Good Neighbour Agreement aims to prevent anti-social behaviour, neighbour disputes and promote good relations. This agreement outlines expectations of customers, their family and visitors to practice respectful behaviour and the consequences of unacceptable actions.

We want every resident to feel safe and welcome. For more information on the Good Neighbour Agreement, please contact communitysafetyteam@ovh.org.uk.

Victim Support

We understand that anti-social behaviour can be challenging. We want you to access the right support for you. Find the right support in our Victims Support Directory HERE Victim-Support-Directory-1187-24-v3.pdf.
