Our new Tenant Inspectors are ready to go!

With their training successfully concluded last month and badges now in hand, our new Tenant Inspectors are deployed and ready to make a difference.
As Tenant Inspectors, our involved customers help us improve our services by working with our teams to inspect our homes, communal areas, schemes, and neighbourhoods. Their responsibilities include reviewing the quality of works against service standards, assessing the safety and security of our neighbourhoods and homes, and ensuring customers receive all the information needed for safe living, ultimately upholding our standards.
All our new Tenant Inspectors have a good eye for detail and health & safety knowledge. This is essential to provide valuable feedback and highlight areas of concerns for us to improve and address.
This month, the members will begin their duties with communal cleaning inspections following training with our Health & Safety Team.
