One Vision Housing (OVH), part of The Sovini Group, has awarded MIS Active Management Systems Limited (MIS) with a contract to deliver its new housing management system.
This extensive upgrade will create significant operational efficiencies in how OVH manages its properties, tenancies, incomes and customer relationships. The new system is part of a wider ongoing service improvement programme to update, improve and simplify legacy systems.
It will deliver enhanced digital and automated services to further improve the customer experience and provide superior data-driven customer insight. Over the next 18 months, OVH customers will also see the introduction of improved online tenancy management facilities.
MIS has been delivering housing management systems for over 35 years, and was awarded the contract through OVH’s robust procurement process, via OJEU. Their excellence in software development and customer service makes them extremely competitive in the industry.
Ian Mitchell, Managing Director of One Vision Housing, said:
“In order to support significant future growth while simultaneously continuing to provide the best service to our customers, we needed a robust, ‘future-ready’ system. MIS will work with us to deliver a bespoke housing management system, which will increase efficiency and further enrich our customer journey.”
Chris McLaughlin, Managing Director, MIS-AMS said:
“ActiveH’s full housing management system will provide One Vision Housing with the ability to gain efficiencies for all parties; residents and employees allowing them to access all the housing information in one place.
“We are very proud to be working with the team on its digital transformation across its 13,600 estate across Sefton, Liverpool, Wirral, Cheshire and West Lancashire. Our ‘one-stop-shop’ solution removes unnecessary processes and paperwork and will provide savings right across the business. We can see this being a very prosperous and long-term relationship.”
