Meet the Housing Ombudsman

The Housing Ombudsman wants to be open and accessible and engage widely with both residents and landlords to share knowledge and learning.

The ‘Meet the Housing Ombudsman’ events are an important part of raising awareness and understanding of the Housing Ombudsman service among residents and provides a forum for you to directly ask the Ombudsman questions about the service and what they do.

Richard Blakeway will be in Liverpool to answer any questions that you might have as a customer of a housing association.

Please pre-register to have your question recorded ready for the day. Questions on the day can be asked via the chat function. Any questions remaining unanswered after the session will receive a full written response from the Housing Ombudsman Service.
