Grab your picnic blanket and head to Derby Park for a royal celebration this May
One Vision Housing is bringing Bootle Together for the Coronation of His Majesty King Charles III.
Residents are cordially invited to attend a royal celebration to mark King Charles III’s Coronation on the 7th of May at Derby Park.
The afternoon will see live music from local band, Madison, performances by Attitude Dance, activities for children, food vendors, market stalls and more!
A limited amount of free market stalls are available for local venders to rent on the day.
One Vision Housing’s royal event is delivered in partnership with The Sovini Group, Derby Park Community Volunteers, Sefton OPERA, Green Sefton, Asda Foundation, Gateway Collective, Lotus Brook, Weightmans, Technical Construction Group LTD, Frank Rodgers and Aaron & Partners LLP.
One Vision Housing will also be providing up to 200 free picnic lunches to those in need, in collaboration with Sovini Property Services, fellow members of The Sovini Group.
Ian Mitchell, Managing Director of Housing at The Sovini Group said:
“Last year saw over two thousand local people attend our Jubilee Party in the Park in honour of the late Queen Elizabeth II. We look forward to welcoming the community to Derby Park again this spring for a fun-filled afternoon as we celebrate the Coronation of His Majesty King Charles III.”
Grab your picnic blanket and head to Derby Park, 65 Fernhill Road, Bootle L20 9HE on Sunday the 7th of May from 1pm to 4pm to join the celebration.
