‘Keep warm, keep well’ event for Southport customers

Sefton Opera and Sefton Council invite you to their ‘Keep well, keep warm’ event for residents over the age of 50.

The purpose of this event is to demonstrate the benefits of continuous health checks, to keep our bodies in the best condition over the coming winter months.

Attendees will have access to:

• Information stands from 10:30am – 12:30pm
• Blood pressure checks
• Chair based exercises
• Massage
• Free goody bags
• Light lunchtime refreshments
• Plus, a fun filled tea dance from 1:30pm – 3:30pm.
