Involved Customers are shaping One Vision Housing’s Future

One Vision Housing encourages customer involvement, and that was central at our recent Strategic Plan session.

Last week, our Customer Voice Team welcomed our involved customers to collaboratively assist with our five-year strategic plan. This interactive meeting provided a platform for our customers to share their priorities and express their needs for the future.

Involved customer and attendee, Pam Holiday, expressed her delight:

“The presentation was very informative and user friendly which allowed everyone to participate it. It was a very enjoyable meeting. The team made us feel heard and gave us hope that our participation could make a difference”

Mary Leahy, another Involved customer and attendee, added:

“We got a real understanding of the whole wider scene, and it was obvious there is a real motive there to meet our needs and desires.”

While the Strategic Plan meeting has concluded, we remain committed to ongoing customer engagement during this process. We encourage our customers to provide feedback and share their insights throughout the implementation of our strategy.
