Help us to improve our service

At One Vision Housing, we want to ensure that the services we provide to you are of a high standard. We are currently developing a Neighbourhood and Communities Strategy and would be grateful for your help and ideas to improve the services we provide for all customers.

The Strategy we are looking to develop will be closely aligned to the key themes outlined in the ‘Neighbourhood and Communities Standard’ of the Regulatory Framework for Social Housing. These are standards and expectations set by the government that all housing providers must meet, and are outlined below:

  • Safety of Shared Spaces: Including areas and issues that might not be under OVH’s ownership or control, such as pavements, parks, and street lighting.
  • Local Cooperation: How OVH works with customers, other housing providers, and local councils to promote social, environmental, and economic well-being.
  • Anti-Social Behaviour and Hate Incidents: How OVH will make it easy to report incidents and work to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Domestic Abuse: Ensuring OVH does everything possible to support victims of domestic abuse through partnership working and staff training.
