As part of One Vision Housing’s #BeHeard campaign, the Customer Voice team are thrilled to invite you to participate in our upcoming customer involvement opportunities.
These sessions are a chance to share feedback and concerns directly with the Customer Voice team. Your insights are vital in helping us understand your wants and needs, so we can continue to improve our services.
Below are the upcoming customer involvement opportunities:
- 14 Nov (11am -1pm) Complaints Group training session – Brunswick Youth &Community Centre, 104 Marsh Lane, Bootle.
- 20 Nov (12pm-2pm) Scrutiny review meeting – Venue TBD
- 27 Nov (5pm -6pm) Customer Voice Induction – Online
