One Vision Housing is committed to helping customers live independently and successfully manage their tenancies. We proudly offer support in over 600 homes throughout Sefton.

If you are over 18 and require assistance to sustain your tenancy and remain settled in your own home, our service is here for you.

Our experienced, trained team will visit you in your home every two weeks, providing personalised housing support that is tailored to your unique circumstances. This can include assistance with:

  • Access other agencies, such as services that will support your health and well-being.
  • Access volunteering, learning or social activities.
  • Understand your tenancy, both in terms of your rights and responsibilities.
  • Claim, and maximise, your benefits and other income.
  • Manage your money (if you find this difficult).

Customers receiving this service will also be provided with a Telecare Service Telecare Service which is available at all times of the day and night, 365 days a year.
