We pride ourselves on offering more than bricks and mortar. Our dedicated teams provide a wealth of advice and support to our customers, from the Financial Inclusion team to our Customer Empowerment Programme.

At One Vision Housing, we believe that our service to our customers is more than just a landlord. We provide quality and safe homes in communities that we invest in.

We recognise that our customers can help to shape our services, and this is why we have a dedicated Customer Empowerment team. They engage with our customers and create a future-proof service, which supports us to continue to provide affordable homes in safe and inviting communities.

We believe in providing equal opportunities for all. Through our new-build programme, we have supported over a hundred families into home ownership, and have provided thousands of customers with welcoming, affordable homes, no matter what their personal circumstances may be.
