Fernley Grange is comprised of 30 one bedroom flats, all of which are centrally heated and consist of a hall, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.

Customers can benefit from communal lounges, gardens and a variety of social activities which are organised regularly.

We work with a number of partner agencies to offer a wide range of services and activities which work to improve the health and well-being of our residents. We regularly hold communal activities such as BBQ’s, and quiz nights as well as honouring special events such as birthdays and holidays.

Independent Living Officers are available to assist during office hours and residents will have access to a 24 hour Telecare service available at all times, ensuring that assistance is available around the clock.

One week’s advance rent payment will be required at sign-up. If you are in receipt of housing benefit or universal credit, you may not receive the full rent allocation and will be responsible for paying any shortfall. At point of offer you may be asked to complete online pre tenancy training. Advertised rent & service charges are approximate figures and may be subject to change One Vision Housing offers an emergency repairs service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, in addition to a day-to-day repairs and maintenance service. This property is part of One Vision Housing’s Independent Living Service – providing housing for individuals or families who require assistance to live independently in their homes. To qualify for a property in our Independent Living Service you must meet the following criteria:

  • Be aged from 60 or over with limited needs
  • Require an intensive housing management service
  • Work with our Independent Living Officers as part of your tenancy conditions
  • Accept a service from our Telecare provider
