All customers who have no rent arrears in March 2023 will be entered into a prize draw to win one month’s rent from One Vision Housing. Just ensure that your payment is made before Sunday 2nd April 2023 to be entered.*

• You can pay for your rent online easily through our customer portal, My Account.
• Use our automated call service to make payments via your phone. Just call 0300 365 1111

*Terms and conditions

• All social rent accounts not in rent arrears will automatically be included in the draw on 3rd April 2023 will be entered into a draw and the winner will win 1 months’ rent. The winners gross rent (net rent & services charges) will be credited to their rent account.
• OVH determines a “months’ rent” as four weeks gross rent.
• Cash in transit will not be considered. Ensure all payments are made before 30th March 2023, as it takes circa 3 days for the money to get to rent accounts. Pending Housing Benefit/Universal Credit payments resulting in a debit balance on the account will mean the tenant is ineligible for the draw.
• Only social housing tenants will be entered into the draw. Garage tenants, leaseholders, and commercial tenants are excluded.
• Before contacting any prize winners OVH will check for any known tenancy breaches. Tenants who are in breach of other aspects of their tenancy, will have their prize forfeited and another draw will be made in its place. There is no right of appeal regarding this.
• The prize is non-transferable.
• All rent accounts require to be 1 weeks gross rent in credit in accordance with all tenancy agreements.
• A refund request can be made if an account is in credit.
• The prize draw will be made on Monday 10th April 2023 and the winner will be notified.
