Blackbird Grange helps 66 families to get on the property ladder

Rent to Buy enables buyers to move into a new home now with a low rent, giving them the opportunity save for a deposit to buy a home in the future, whilst Shared Ownership offers home buyers with a small deposit an opportunity to buy a share of a new home and buy more when they can afford to, eventually owning all of their home.
