Surveys and Polls

Surveys and polls are an excellent way to get our customers views on a wide range of things. It’s a great way of finding out how our customers feel about particular issues.

We undertake a number of surveys to find out what you think of our services and we discuss the results with our Customer based Service Review Groups.

Ongoing Surveys

• New Tenant Survey
• Exit Survey
• Satisfaction with ASB Handling
• Satisfaction with Repairs
• Satisfaction with Improvement work
• Satisfaction with Adaptation

We also undertake a series of one off surveys when we want to know what you think about a particular service.

STAR Survey

We have recently surveyed 1,600 of our tenants in our annual Satisfaction or STAR survey.  Thank you to those who took part, your help is very much appreciated.
