New Developments

We have an extensive development plan to create over 600 new homes in Sefton, Liverpool, Cheshire and West Lancashire in the next five years.

The new housing developments will provide quality homes for affordable rent, as well as opportunities to own a home through OVH’s shared ownership scheme.

They are are a mixture of Section 106 purchases from national developers, as well as our own contracted building schemes.

This development boasts 18 new homes in Ainsdale, Southport. Close to local travel connections including nearby Ainsdale, Hillside and Birkdale train stations.
