Windsor Road, Southport
The development on the corner of Windsor Road, (on the site of the London Hotel pub) in Southport will encompass 19 new homes.
There will be two bedroom homes, one bedroom apartments and two bedroom bungalows available for affordable rent and allocated through the local choice-based lettings scheme, Property Pool Plus.
Two three-bedroom homes will also be available for sale through OVH’s shared ownership scheme.

Sandbrook Meadows, Ainsdale
The development will comprise 24 new two-bedroom apartments.
16 of them will be available for affordable rent, and allocated through the local choice-based lettings scheme, Property Pool Plus.
Eight of them will be let through the OVH Independent Living Service, which provides tailored assistance to help individuals or families sustain their tenancy and live independently in their homes.
