Rent to Buy is a Government backed scheme which we launched in 2018 on our highly-anticipated Blackbird Grange development in Walton, Liverpool. Due to high demand we are no longer accepting interest for our Rent to Buy properties on Blackbird Grange.

Unfortunately we can’t accept applications from current homeowners or people with adverse credit that has been registered within the last 12 months, including County Court Judgements, Individual Voluntary Agreements or those who have been declared bankrupt. We will request a credit reference for all applications, for which there is a fee of £30 per applicant.
