We know that an effective and reliable repairs service is important to you. That’s why at One Vision Housing we’re working hard to provide a faster response to new repair requests.
We’ve made it easier for you to report a repair. You can now report a repair in one of two ways :
- Call our Customer Service Centre on 0300 365 1111
- You can also ‘Report a Repair Online‘ using our online tool.
Please note, this on line repairs reporting facility is monitored during normal working hours from Monday to Friday.
If you need to report a repair outside normal office hours, contact 0300 365 1111 and you will be put through to the out of hours staff.
Depending on the type of repair you need, we will respond within the following timescales
- We will respond to emergency repairs within 24 hours , or within two hours if there is a threat to health and / or safety
- Complete non-emergency repairs within 10 days by an agreed appointment.
One Vision Housing promise to take no longer than the above timescales to complete your repairs and we’ll always try to complete your repair sooner, especially in homes with vulnerable occupants (such as elderly people or children).
