Customer Service Centre
Our Customer Service Centre provides a range of services to all our customers. These include searching for a new home, assisting with rent and welfare advice and arranging repairs to your home.
The Customer Service Centre is your first point of contact for all telephone enquiries with One Vision Housing. Our highly skilled, friendly staff are here to help you with all your housing or neighbourhood needs.
You can contact us on 0300 365 1111. Calls to this number are local rate and you can use any inclusive call minute package you may have including mobiles.
The Customer Service Centre is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. An out of hours service for emergency repairs, anti social behaviour reporting or any other urgent matters is available at all other times.
