Understanding re-charges

We understand that a home, when it’s being lived in, will suffer some wear and tear, generally these type of repairs would not be re-chargeable to you. Repairs that occur as a result of damage or accident by you or a guest, will have to be paid for as stated in your tenancy agreement.

When moving home, you may also be charged if you leave items behind that need to be removed, or if there is damage that needs to be fixed. If you are unable to pay in full, we can arrange an affordable repayment plan with you.
