Deserving winners!
The latest winners of our ‘name the van’ competition have been unveiled – congratulations to Owen Fennell-Rutherford and Erin Kennedy.
Owen is 18 and is an exceptional ambassador to sport, selflessly dedicating his free time to supporting young people with disabilities.
He has supported young people during holidays, often to the detriment of his own leisure time and has enjoyed working with people who are less fortunate.
Deservedly, Owen has been chosen to carry the Olympic Torch, an honour that recognises his work with young people.
7 year-old Erin used her own initiative to hold a raffle to raise money for Children in Need. She made her own posters and went around family, staff and pupils to sell raffle tickets, raising over £100. She also went around the neighbours and volunteered her services for jobs to raise funds.
Throughout 2012, One Vision will be picking out winners every month whose names will feature on the front of one of their vans.
