Customer Profiling – Getting to know our Customers

At One Vision Housing we want to ensure that all our customers are treated fairly and that no-one is discriminated against for any reason, including disability, race, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion or belief.

To make sure this happens the survey below asks you questions about yourself and any particular communication needs that you may have, such as a need for information to be sent in large print or in a different language. You may also prefer documents to be e-mailed to you. Whatever your need, One Vision Housing will try to help wherever possible.We need to:

Why do you need to ask me these questions?

  • Monitor the services we provide to you
  • Highlight inequalities and look into why they have happened
  • Reduce discrimination

All information you give to us will be treated totally confidentially. 

What if I don’t want to give you the information?

That is fine. We don’t want to force anybody to tell us something about themselves that they prefer not to. However we may not be able to tailor our services to meet your needs if we don’t have the information we require.
